Sertor VIP Transfer Cancellation and Refund Policy
At SERTOR VIP TRANSFER, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering transparent cancellation and refund policies. Our clients may easily cancel or request changes to their reservations if needed. Reservation cancellations or modifications should be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date and time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund. However, for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued.
If the VIP transfer service is canceled by our company due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or an alternative service option. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and completed within 7 business days.
